After Storm Erik had done its round’s many had received damage to their Aerials as this client in Cambridge had. Whilst there was no damage to the aerial itself the chimney lashing had snapped leaving the aerial dangerously resting on the roof. We discussed with the client the best course of action which was to relocate the aerial onto the gable end with new bracketry which would also make it more accessible in the future. We only do what is needed regarding repairs if it’s not broke don’t fix it which is also better for your budget.
